Why Is Allu Arjun Not Working With Telugu Directors?

Icon Star Allu Arjun is currently busy with a series of high profile projects. He is shooting for Atlee’s Raaka, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year and released in 2027.

After Raaka, Allu Arjun is set to begin his officially announced project with Lokesh Kanagaraj, also targeting a 2027 release. Following that, he is reportedly in talks to work with Malayalam filmmaker Basil Joseph, with Geetha Arts expected to back the project.

With back to back commitments with non Telugu directors, Allu Arjun’s schedule appears to be packed until the end of 2028. This has raised an interesting question: are Telugu directors finding it increasingly difficult to secure Allu Arjun’s dates?
