TASC Ugadi 2017 Celebrations
It is just two more days before the mega event. We think everyone is busy with their final practices and mastering their performances. Please see the attached flyer for the Ugadi Celebrations details.
Following are the house keeping rules for the Ugadi Celebrations 2017,
- It is the individual program contact person’s (contact name in the program form) responsibility to collect the participation fee from the participants.
- No food is allowed into the auditorium – no exceptions.
- Children are not allowed to run in the auditorium, Parents make sure your kids are with you or properly behaving themselves.
- Please do not walk in front of the stage during the performance. Imagine your kids program video with people heads blocking your kids performance.
- Non participating kids are not allowed on the stage, no exceptions.
- All Telugu families please take the TASC membership. All telugu participants must be TASC members, no exceptions.
- Please keep the dressing rooms clean and do not leave your stuff anywhere. Whatever stuff found during cleaning will be thrown in the trash.
- Please be on time for the program and make it a grand success.
- Please stay and stand for the Indian National Anthem at the end.
- Immediate family of TASC members get free admission to the cultural festival.
- TASC members who will pay their dues before04/29/17 will be part of the lucky draw for a Fitbit,
- All choreographers be ready with your participants to collect your trophies at the end of the program.
- All the trophies need to be collected at the end of program, we do not hand over any later.
Please inform your kids not to toy around any fire escapes or alarms in the auditorium. If any, parents will be responsible for penalties.
