Chief Minister held a meeting with Foster and Partners today at his residence. He held detailed discussions on the designs of the capital city. 

The Chief Minister gave his comments and suggestions on the designs submitted for Assembly, High Court and Secretariat.

High Court building design should be attractive and fascinating – Chief Minister. 

The administrative city will have the statue of NTR to its North and Ambedkar’s statue to its South. 

Secretariat and HoD’s buildings will be adjacent to each other – CM. 

The Chief Minister made it clear that there will be no private property in the administrative city. 

A tower should be constructed so as to be able to view the whole of Amaravati from its top- Chief Minister 

The Chief Minister and representatives of Norman Foster have come to a consensus and understanding on the Amaravati designs. 

The final master plan will be submitted by Foster and Partners in two weeks from now. 

A central hall will come up between the Assembly and Council. 

Two huge parks would come up in either sides of the city.

Opposite to the administrative buildings, a convention center, cultural center, exhibition center and a trade center would be constructed opposite the administrative buildings. 

The Chief Minster held discussion on the justice city. Housing facilities and other infrastructure was showed to the Chief Minister. 

Chief Minister Residence would come up close to Raj Bhavan.
