* Asked all the departments to restrict to the issues faced by the district in PPTS

* Sri Babu Ahamed, IAS, CEO Real Time Governance, explaining features of People Hub
* Sri Babu Ahmed explained Golden Data: people’s information, unique identification. Web services for all departments, sharing will depend on usage. All the aspects of an individual is there in golden data. Also mentioned, Estonia is the only country which has such a mechanism currently in use
* A survey was conducted to create a baseline data, this data is highly useful for various analytics at household and planning level.
* Data is beneficial to government, will enable decision making
* Data is reliable & consistent. Also highlighted the importance of Social Media
* Hon. CM appreciated and applauded the utilisation of social media tools for reaching out to the public
* IT Department speaks on latest technological aspects available in the country
* Sri. Vijay Anand , Sec. IT Dept speaks on technology and requests all the collectors to identify the availability of land and spaces as the IT companies are likely to arrive in Andhra Pradesh anytime
* Once the identification of space is done, working on land proposals will become easy
* CM urged the department to optimally utilise the available technology, suggested to use Drones. Hon’ CM also asked to always prioritise people, people’s happiness should be in mind in the process of meeting developmental goals.
* CM said, everyone must understand technology closely, should have technology expertise. With the integration of technology, we are expecting a huge scope of development in coming 2-3 months
* IT department expounded upon recent achievements ( from Jan-March 2017) Made 5590 Cr. investments Generated 4500 employment opportunities

Health Department
* Presented a report on State Health Index NHM funded programs
The dept is attaining knowledge partnerships with various accredited universities
* Facts declare that infant deaths have gone down, hospital ratings have gone up
* National health policy goals have been taken up
* Reshi: a report on state health indicators, total 73 indicators included
* Communication should be done on regular basis, CM insisted the department
* Public awareness needs to be given to the citizens, regarding diagnosis
* Collector from Vijaynagar put forward the request, demanding trauma care centre and medical centres
* Hon’ CM showed concerns over the delay in payments, expects explanation in the case of inconsistency
* Women and Child Healthcare Department presented specialised child nutrition program and activities,
* 38 lac beneficiaries are included in such programs
* State Nutrition Mission : aiming at first 1000 days of a child and reducing severe malnutrition cases. Girls and women also to be screened under this initiative to fill several nutritional gaps
* Also, making various nutritional interventions to monitor and resolve health issues, a common application software and social audit to be taken in use
