AP Cabinet expansion: Eleven new ministers sworn-in today
Eleven new ministers took oath of office in a swearing-in ceremony organized at Secretariat today. Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar welcomed the new ministers in the presence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Governor ESL Narsimhan administered oath of office by the new ministers starting from 9.22 a.m.
The New ministers inducted in the cabinet include Kimidi Kala Venkata Rao, Nara Lokesh, Pitani Satyanarayana, Nakka Anandbabu, Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, KS Jawahar, N Amarnath Reddy and Bhuma Akhila Priya. With this the strength of AP cabinet increased to 26. After completion of swearing in ceremony the new ministers participated in a group photo session.
The family members of former chief minister and TDP founder NT Ramara Rao including wife of Chandrababu Naidu Bhuvaneswari, Nara Lokesh’s wife Nara Brahmani, Balakrishna, ministers, MPs, MLCs and large number of people attended the programme.
