We want well being of everyone. Please take care of your health and your loved ones’. Whether you attended the event or not, we want to remind everyone these important take-aways…
- Eat healthy wholesome food, with more vegetables and fruits in the diet. Avoid red meats, deep fried, high sugary, highly processed foods etc
- Try to avoid giving high fat, and sugary food to children. Remember – they can’t drive to a pizza place, they will only eat if we get them
- Walk at least 30 minutes a day, and stay active through out the day. Get up and walk short distance every 2 hours
- Visit your dentist twice a year, and get physical checkup every year. They can do early detection of several diseases which may not have visible symptoms
