US Ambassador’s Visit to CII IGBC

We are pleased to mention that yesterday, we had the visit of ‘US Ambassador Ms. Elizabeth A Jones’ to IGBC Head Quarters, Hyderabad.

Dr B V R Mohan Reddy, Past Chair, CII SR, Mr Vagish Dixit, Chair, CII Telengana and Mr C Sekhar Reddy, Chair, IGBC – Hyderabad Chapter were present.

She went on a guided building tour of IGBC HQ – Net Zero Energy building, planted a sapling and had a discussion with the office bearers and CII – IGBC team.

We also made a presentation on GBC activities, impact made and the future plans.

She was extremely happy with the visit to GBC and had mentioned the following in the visitors book

“I am thrilled to learn of the wonderful work of the CII Green Business Centre to move to Net zero and to invent new ways to assure a circular economy. The initiatives here are as ground breaking as they are encouraging that it will, indeed be possible to manage the damages of climate change”.
