Texas Health staff appreciated the gesture from Indian American Families

Happy to announce one more charitable event this week from Flowermound.. In support of Frontline Heroes from Flowermound Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, Flowermound Indian American Families came forward to show gratitude towards Doctors, Nurses & other Medical Staff sacrifices in dealing with COVID-19 Pandemic. They are keeping our city safe and healthy while we are hunkered down. As part of our community appreciation, we sponsored lunch for 225 Frontline Heros at the Presbyterian Hospital. Texas Health staff appreciated the gesture from Indian American Families and Friends from Flower mound.

Shashank Penmetsa, Satish Reddy, Upender Telugu, Renuka Bhandari Chauhan has done an outstanding job in leading this initiative. There are many volunteers who came forward to help & raise funds across many neighborhoods in Flower Mound. Thanks to Urvashi Soni for the generous contribution of dessert & Vegetarian lunch from Sip Stir Coffee House – HV. Thanks to LionsClub Flower Mound Mohan Davuluri for matching contributions of $350. Vinay Vattikuti, Ravi Kantamsetty from Save The Child Foundation, a non-profit helping kids – facilitated the fundraiser.

Food was catered by local restaurants Jersey Mike’s Subs & Sip Stir Coffee House – HV 

Many residents of Flowermound came forward to support their city’s First responders and also helped local restaurants via catering.
