Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy begins Prajasankalpa Yatra from Mudivedu village, Thambalapalle constituency by offering prayers to Lord Venkateshwar Swami in the presence of Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam priests.

Prajasankalpa Yatra shifts gear on the New Year’s Eve with people storming in from across the Chittoor district to wish YS Jagan Mohan Reddy a Happy New Year. 

The whole stretch of the Padayatra witnessed people shouting  “HAPPY NEW YEAR JAGAN ANNA.”

Meet Afsana and Haseena from Gurramkonda village who met YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and extended their New Year greetings.

Andhra Pradesh Vidyuth Contract Employees Joint Action Committee representatives wished YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on New year and also shared their grievances. 

The contract employees gave a memorandum to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy urging him to fulfil their demands like regularisation of Contract  employees, equal pay to them like regular employees, increase the compensation to Rs 10 lakh if any employee dies and Electricity department to stop outsourcing maintenance and distribution works of the department.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy responded positively to their demands and assured that YSRCP will look into it and do needful.
