LATA Miles Challenge Starting on 23rd February 2025

Following the resounding success and overwhelming support of last year’s LATA Miles Challenge, we are thrilled to announce that this year’s challenge will begin. Walking is a simple yet powerful exercise that offers numerous health benefits. Whether seeking mental clarity, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a new fitness routine, walking is the perfect choice! Walking is the most accessible form of exercise. You don’t have to invest big money in equipment. All you have to do is stand up and get moving. The best part is you can walk indoors or outdoors. If you have limited space, your neighborhood walkways can be your path. If the weather is bad outside, you can even walk in place in your living room! This walking challenge is a great place to begin building endurance and stamina. We always recommend seeking physician clearance before beginning any new exercise regimen. Even simply increasing your walking can aggravate some health concerns.
