Covid-19 Transportation for Migrant Workers

Telangana American Telugu Association was proud to associate as a sponsor with Students and Sponsors of Atomic Energy Central School Alumni in helping on arranging busses for Migrant workers to their village destinations – Hyderabad to Calcutta, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Patna, Orissa.

Buses were is schedule from Hyderabad Telangana State to Ranchi was sponsored and their were also other buses to Calcutta, Jharkhand, Patna, Orissa sponsored. We from different NGO organizations from USA and Telangana State are happy to be part of this unique gesture in helping the needy to make them reach their families in their villages. Speaking, Rajesh Singh AECS Alumni mentioned from last 60 Days with the support of AECS Local volunteers and NRIs sponsors support they have done many events for cause like distribution of groceries, feeding migrant workers, and due to the cancellations of trains some of the migrant workers were stranded. Looking at their state and situation all volunteers pulled and decided in providing transportation for Migrant workers to reach their village destinations. Ram Prasad, Naveen Bali, Jayakant Barla, Rama Gopal thanked all sponsors and volunteers for their support and help.
