Divas in Defense Workshop on July 30

This event is organized by TANA (Telugu Association of North America) in association with Premier Martial Arts Ashburn and Inher Power by Stephanie Jenkins.

Come join us and learn lifesaving practical self-defense, awareness, internet safety, weapons and so much more by Stephanie Jenkins. Master Stephanie is a 5th degree Black Belt in mixed martial arts, 1st degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo, and a Blue Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Prior to her career in Martial Arts she received her Masters’ degree in Clinical Social Work and was a Child Abuse Investigator, and Child and Family Therapist.
