CREDAI Hyderabad Announces Property Show 2026 at HITEX; Asserts Steady Real Estate Growth
The real estate sector in Hyderabad remains completely stable and continues on a strong growth trajectory built over the past seven years, leaders of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad stated.
Announcing the upcoming ‘CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026’, CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy and President-Elect B. Jagannatha Rao revealed that the three-day exhibition will take place from August 28 to August 30 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre.
Speaking at a media briefing held at the CREDAI office in Banjara Hills, the representatives stated that this year’s edition of the property expo is being organized under the theme ‘Rates Won’t Stop, Demand Won’t Drop’.
Key highlights of the upcoming expo include:
– Participation from 65 leading real estate developers and companies.
– Showcasing of over 300 diverse property projects spanning residential and commercial segments across the city.
– Direct interaction opportunities for prospective homebuyers and investors to clear doubts and gain transparency regarding market dynamics and legal compliance.
During the event, CREDAI officials delivered a comprehensive presentation illustrating the steady year-on-year expansion of Hyderabad’s real estate market over the last seven years, reiterating that strong infrastructure, employment hubs, and sustained demand continue to keep the city’s property sector resilient.
