TACO Summer Picnic on Aug 31

TACO Picnic Housekeeping Update:

Thank you to everyone who has RSVP’d for the TACO Picnic this weekend on Sunday-Aug-31st. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, there are still a few hours left. Please do so as soon as possible.

This is an exclusive event for Sponsors, TACO Life members, 2025 TACO Members and Invitees .

Parking Information:

Parking near the Buckeye and Maple shelters is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If those areas are full, parking need to be done at the Alum Creek Beach lot. A shuttle service will be provided from there for your convenience.

Check-in:

All guests are requested to check-in at the front desk and get your tags

Food & Donations:

This is not a potluck. Lunch followed by evening Tea / snack will be provided by TACO.  However, as you are aware TACO runs on generous donations from sponsors, we request and encourage any sponsorship amount at front desk on the event date.

Sponsorship amount can be sent via zelle to treasurer@tacosite.com in advance as well.
