Garner Man Faces Attempted Murder Charges Following Severe Abuse of 2-Year-Old Son

A 44-year-old resident of Garner, North Carolina, is facing multiple grave criminal charges after being accused of inflicting life-threatening injuries on his 2-year-old son and allegedly withholding necessary medical treatment. Kiran Netha Pasunuri was taken into custody by the Garner Police Department following a detailed investigation into the severe physical trauma sustained by the toddler.

Nature of the Child’s Injuries:
According to court filings and statements from law enforcement, the young child was hospitalized with critical injuries that included a massive brain hemorrhage, retinal hemorrhages, and compression fractures affecting multiple vertebrae.
