Isuzu Motors India Bolsters Local Healthcare with Significant Medical Equipment Donation

In an endeavour to improve medical infrastructure in the region, the Sri City based Isuzu Motors India, the Japanese utility vehicle manufacturer, has made a substantial contribution to the Chinnapanduru primary health Centre (PHC). In a ceremony held on Wednesday, the company donated essential medical equipment valued at Rs. 4 lakhs as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Mr. Senthil Manohar, Vice President of Isuzu Motors India, handed over the equipment to Dr. Anitha, the PHC's officer in charge, in the presence of Mr. Takashi Rikukawa, General Manager, and Mr. C. Ramesh Kumar, Vice President (Customer Relations), Sri City, and Mrs. Nireesha Sannareddy and Mr. Surendra Kumar of Sri City Foundation.
During the ceremony, Mr. Manohar reaffirmed Isuzu's dedication to improving regional healthcare infrastructure and supporting community development through such projects. He thanked the Sri City Foundation for coordinating the project.
Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder Managing Director of Sri City, in a statement commended Isuzu's efforts, highlighting Sri City's commitment to enhancing medical facilities in local government hospitals. He expressed hope that Isuzu's initiative would inspire other Sri City industries to engage in similar socially responsible efforts.
Dr. Anitha, representing the PHC, expressed gratitude for the donation, noting that it would significantly improve the centre’s ability to provide quality care to patients.
The donation includes critical medical apparatus such as an operation table, stretcher trolley, blood pressure monitors, and various other essential items designed to enhance the PHC's operational capabilities. This gesture from Isuzu Motors India underscores the growing trend of corporate involvement in community welfare, particularly in enhancing local healthcare infrastructure.
