Hyderabad currently houses three of QualiZeal’s Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) and approximately 80% of its 1,100+ global workforce. The city hosts over 515 GCCs accounting for nearly one in four of India’s 2,117 total GCCs with over 300,000 professionals employed in the sector across Telangana. The expansion forms a key pillar of QualiZeal’s ‘Vision 2028’ strategy, which targets achieving $100 million in annual revenue using its proprietary IP ecosystem comprising QMentisAI™, ValidAIte™, and NexaAI.
Leadership Appointment and Business Strategy:
To drive its dedicated GCC expansion, new-logo acquisition, and C-suite engagement, QualiZeal has appointed Sunil Upadrasta as Vice President and India Head, GCC. Bring over 23 years of industry experience across business development, digital transformation, and P&L management, Sunil has previously served in leadership roles at Atos Syntel, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Reliance Retail. His mandate focuses on establishing strategic partnerships with GCC leadership teams to accelerate enterprise AI adoption while establishing compliant, transparent, and resilient AI assurance frameworks.
Leadership Reflections:
Pradeep Govindasamy, Co-Founder, President & CEO, QualiZeal: “GCCs are becoming increasingly strategic to enterprise growth and innovation, creating a greater need for specialized partners who can deliver across Quality Engineering, digital engineering, and AI assurance. At QualiZeal, we are strengthening our capabilities and strategic partnerships to meet these evolving needs. Our continued investment in Hyderabad’s talent ecosystem reflects our commitment to being a trusted, long-term partner to GCCs, helping them accelerate innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes.”
Sunil Upadrasta, Vice President and India Head, GCC, QualiZeal: “As part of QualiZeal’s GCC strategy, my priority is to build deeper strategic partnerships with GCC leaders, helping them accelerate AI adoption while ensuring the systems they develop are trustworthy, transparent, compliant, and resilient. GCCs today face a dual challenge: scaling AI adoption and owning global products and platforms, while navigating rising regulatory scrutiny and expectations around responsible AI. By co-innovating with GCCs and giving them full ownership of the solutions we create, we can help them innovate faster and manage risk effectively.”
