Telugu association of China Celebrated Sankranthi at Shanghai
Telugu fraternity in China Celebrated Sankranthi on 20 th Jan at Shanghai. Telugu association of China had organized this grand event. Event was opened with lightning of lamp by Mr. Mukesh (President, Indian Association China), Mr. Srini, Mr. Girish & Ms. Anjani.
Everyone had a great time with a sequence of events starting with Bhogi fire & pongal preparation followed by traditional games & delicacies of telugu food .
Rangoli competition was held for ladies followed by hop scotch . Also traditional games like Kabaddi , tyre games along with kite flying and tug-of-war were organized and it was fun filled gathering where families had celebrated Sankranthi together.
