“Sankranthiki Vasthunnam” on ZEE5 and Zee Telugu on 1st March

One of the biggest successes in the history of Telugu cinema, “Sankranthiki Vasthunnam”, is gearing up for its OTT and satellite premiere after having a sensational run in theatres. The film will have a unique dual premiere on Zee Telugu and ZEE5 on March 1st (Saturday) at 6 PM. Apart from the original language, Telugu, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam will be available in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on ZEE5.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam features Victory Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Meenakshi Chowdary in lead roles, along with Upendra Limaye, VTV Ganesh, Naresh, Sai Kumar, and Sarvadaman D. Banerjee playing other pivotal roles.

Sankranthiki Vasthunnam’s story is about retired police officer YD Raju (Venkatesh) leading a quiet life in the Godavari region with his wife, Bhagyalakshmi (Aishwarya Rajesh). Things get turned when his ex-girlfriend, Meenakshi (Meenakshi Chowdary), gets into his life and pulls him into the rescue operation of a renowned entrepreneur. The film is a hilarious family entertainer which successfully blends family emotions with crackling comedy sequences. With its universal appeal, the film had a sensational run in theatres. Now, there is huge anticipation around its digital and satellite release as well.
