ITC Hotels Signs Welcomhotel by Rajgir Strengthens Presence in Bihar

ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a management agreement for a new Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in Rajgir, signed in the presence of Bihar Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary and Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited. Developed under a long-term arrangement between the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation and Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited, the project aims to promote Bihar as a premier destination for experiential travel and tourism.

Spread across 2.67 acres, Welcomhotel Rajgir is designed to offer a contemporary hospitality experience rooted in the region’s cultural and spiritual heritage. The property will feature:

107 well-appointed guest rooms and suites

An all-day dining restaurant

Approximately 5,000 square feet of indoor banqueting space

Over 12,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor lawns, catering to weddings, social celebrations, conferences, and large-format events
