TAGB Ugadi Utsavalu entrance criteria and Pre-paid Dinner Ticket
We are very pleased to see the response from our members who welcomed the RSVP and helped us streamline the process.
This will not only help the organization secure a venue to conduct event but also encourages the Executive team bring FREE events to the community. For this all we need is your support and understanding.
The RSVP link reached max capacity and has been closed. We are very pleased with the overwhelming response we received to attend this event.
Due to capacity concerns, members (both life and annual) that have done the RSVP will be given the preference on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, until we have seating.
Unfortunately, we won't have capacity to honor the guests once we reach max capacity of the auditorium.
We urge all our members, even RSVPs to check-in early to secure a seat, specifically for the featured music event with Karunya, Malavika and M-live band. Seat allocation is on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, until we have seating.
Check in will be CLOSED at 5:30 PM
You are always welcome to walk-in for local performances. We have a great line up of classical, fusion and contemporary vocal and dance programs, along with “Mana Pandugalu” program showcasing the festivals we celebrate in our Telugu states performed by Smt. Sailaja Tummala’s students. You are also welcome to enjoy the sumptuous food at nominal price and shop with our vendors.

Please note that buying a dinner ticket does not guarantee entry to featured musical event with Karunya, Malavika and M-live band
Event Day Activities
Seating: 12 PM onwards
Check-in at the Registration desk.
Due to Space limitation guests are NOT allowed into the Auditorium without wrist bands.
Local Talent programs: 12 noon onwards
Special program on "Mana Pandagalu" by Smt Sailaja Chowdary Tummala's students: 4:30PM
**Featured MUSIC Event sound check with empty auditorium: 5:30PM**
No guests are allowed in the auditorium during this time.
Socialize and Enjoy Dinner: 5:30 PM onwards.
Featured MUSIC Event seating starts: 6:15 PM
You will be assigned a seat or placed on a waiting list based on your Membership, RSVP validity on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, at Front desk during Check-in until the seats are available.
Check in will be CLOSED at 5:30 PM

Snacks available for purchase: 12:30 PM onwards
Dinner (Pre-paid recommended): 5:30 PM onwards
Karunya-Malavika with MLive band: 7PM onwards
