Satish Manduva Appointed as Principal Liaison for North America – Investments by Government of Andhra Pradesh

Under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Visionary Leader Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu Garu, and the guidance of Dynamic IT Minister Shri Nara Lokesh Garu, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has appointed Satish Manduva as the Principal Liaison for North America – Investments through G.O. Rt. No. 1333 dated July 6, 2026.

In this important role, Satish Manduva will work closely with businesses, investors, industry leaders, and institutions across North America to promote investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh, facilitate strategic partnerships, and support the State’s vision of becoming a premier global investment destination. Born in Yedugundlapadu, near Ongole, Satish earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from GPREC and later completed his Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Tyler. In 1997, he founded IntelliSoft Technologies, which has grown into a global technology consulting company serving Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies across the United States, Canada, and India. He also co-founded Sipera Systems, a pioneer in Voice-over-IP security that was successfully acquired by Avaya, and has led the development of innovative technology platforms including Datamorphix.ai, Orionox, HRChex, and EdBrix.

Satish Manduva has also been a respected industry leader for over two decades. He is the Founding President of ITServe Alliance, representing thousands of IT companies across the United States, and currently serves on the Board of the US–India Chamber of Commerce DFW, promoting trade and investment between India and the United States. He has also supported numerous educational and community initiatives, including digital classrooms, scholarships, rural development projects, and innovation programs for students. His appointment reflects the Government of Andhra Pradesh’s commitment to leveraging the expertise and global networks of accomplished NRIs to attract world-class investments, advanced technologies, innovation, and employment opportunities to the State.
