For the celebrations, the venue was lavishly decorated in collaboration with Raghu Alugubelli and J Media. J Media served as the event partner.
Although coordinating and conducting such a large-scale event in Hyderabad by NRIs from the United States was not an easy task, the entire team came together and made the celebrations a resounding success. Along with everyone’s efforts, unity and dedication played a key role in the success of the event. The 10th anniversary core team worked for several months to ensure the program’s success. From day one, there were concerns regarding funds, support, cultural programs, and crowd management, but the team never lost confidence. By maintaining control over every department at every step, challenges were transformed into successes.
In particular, Celebrations Committee Co-Chair Appireddy, Cultural Co-Chair Santosh Gantaram, and the hospitality team members Pallavi Ramidi, Jyothi Reddy, Sahodar, and Swathi Chennuri extended immense support. Jyothi Reddy played a crucial role in mobilizing the crowd. On the other hand, the Food and Hospitality division also played a key role in this success. Aroma Kitchen and Southern Spice provided lunch for 500 people and dinner for more than 3,400 attendees. Live counters, a wedding-style menu, excellent taste, and nearly 100 staff members continuously working on service and cleanliness delighted the guests. It was noteworthy that everyone praised the food for its taste. Dr. Paila Mallareddy and his spouse came forward as benefactors for the meals.
Thanks were extended to all the sponsors who supported the success of the celebrations. J Media’s Naren (Narender), Akash, stage setup, backdrops, branding—everything was provided at the level of a large convention. Anniversary Committee Chairman Dr. Narasimha Reddy Dontireddy stated that hours were spent finalizing the themes. Thanks were also conveyed to everyone who traveled from the United States to extend their support. Service Days Coordinator Vishwa Kandi, India Coordinator Dr. Dwarakanatha Reddy, Praveen Chintha, Madhukar Reddy Beeram, Venkat Annapureddy, Srikanth Gali, Mallik Reddy, Usha Reddy, Mayur Bandaru, Pradeep Boddu, Divakar Jandhyam, Naresh Bainagari, Venkat (Charlotte), and Prashanth, along with all the guests and volunteers who attended the event, were thanked by the TTA Decennial Anniversary Committee.
