Love, Caste, and Culture: Check Out the Stunning “First Beat” of “Dhandoraa”!

Acclaimed producer Ravindra Benerjee Muppaneni of Loukya Entertainments, best known for bankrolling the National Award-winning film ‘Color Photo’ and the blockbuster movie ‘Bedurulanka 2012’, is now coming up with his new flick “Dhandoraa”. The makers have today released the impressive and impactful “First Beat” video glimpse of the movie. Directed by Muralikanth, the film mirrors the harsh reality of social evils.
The “First Beat” explains the caste discrimination and social evils that still exist in our country even after so many years of independence. “Dhandoraa” explores the harsh realities faced by boys who marry girls from upper castes against societal norms, questioning whether such atrocities still persist despite modern advancements. Set in rural Telangana, “Dhandoraa” blends satire, humor, culture and heart touching emotions while shedding light on serious social issues.
The film’s ensemble cast includes Sivaji, Navdeep, Nandu, Ravi Krishna, Manika Chikkala, Anusha, and others. Renowned music director Mark K. Robin is composing the music for the film. Venkat R. Sakhamuri is handling the cinematography, and Gary B.H. is editing it. Kranthi Priyam is the art director, and Rekha Bhogavarapu is the costume designer. Edward Stevenson Perezy is the executive producer, and Anish Marisetty is the co-producer.
