Raymond Lifestyle Launches Landmark 10th Annual Garment Exchange Program
Raymond Lifestyle has officially launched the 10th edition of its annual Garment Exchange Program (GEP), a nationwide initiative that blends the art of custom tailoring with a deep commitment to social responsibility. Running from July 2nd to July 23rd, 2026, the program is available across over 1,000 Raymond Shops and select multi-brand outlets. This year, the brand has introduced a new digital campaign titled “FIT FOR YOU. FEELS LIKE YOU,” which emphasizes the importance of personalized, well-tailored clothing over the standardized nature of fast fashion.
How the Program Works:
The initiative encourages customers to donate their pre-loved garments in exchange for free stitching vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed for custom tailoring services on freshly purchased Raymond fabrics at participating stores. To ensure customers have ample time to utilize these services, the vouchers issued during the campaign period remain valid for redemption until July 31st, 2026.
Partnership with Goonj:
At the heart of this program is a long-standing partnership with the renowned NGO, Goonj. The donated items—ranging from shirts and trousers to children’s wear—are processed at Goonj’s Circularity Centres. These garments are then transformed into comprehensive material kits that serve as dignified rewards for rural communities, supporting grassroots development projects such as the revival of water bodies and infrastructure building.
A Vision for Circularity:
Satyaki Ghosh, Director and CEO of Raymond Lifestyle Limited, described the 10th-year milestone as a reflection of the brand’s ethos regarding trust, elegance, and circularity in fashion. Anshu Gupta, Founder of Goonj, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, noting that the program successfully converts overlooked resources into powerful tools for sustainable development and climate action. By participating, customers not only receive the luxury of personalized tailoring but also contribute to a larger movement of material dignity and social empowerment across India.
