ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) has announced an investment of USD 40 million in BUSINESSNEXT, an autonomous operating platform tailored for banking and financial services. This Series C funding round values BUSINESSNEXT at USD 700 million and aims to accelerate the deployment of private AI solutions and autonomous operations across the financial sector. Combining BUSINESSNEXT’s verticalized CRM AI capabilities and digital lending platform with ServiceNow’s industry-specific enterprise orchestration is set to bolster India’s role in global AI technology for financial services, targeting a market projected to reach USD 3.59 billion by 2035 with a 20.28% CAGR.

The collaboration creates a unified autonomous operating fabric by bridging customer-facing functions with middle and back-office execution:
Customer-Facing Operations: BUSINESSNEXT manages front-end acquisition, real-time customer signals, and AI-led engagement, drawing on 15 years of banking intelligence. The platform currently powers over 1 million users, 75,000 branches, and 1 billion end customers globally, and was recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave™: Customer Relationship Management Software for Financial Services, Q1 2025.
Back-Office Orchestration: ServiceNow’s Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform coordinates case management, complaints handling, and agentic AI workflows.
Security and Compliance: Integrated with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower, the joint framework provides private AI solutions designed to meet strict regulatory governance, security, and data sovereignty standards for banks and insurers.
