ALLEN Career Institute Completes Board Transition with Appointment of Mr. Aman Maheshwari as Director
ALLEN Career Institute announced the appointment of Mr. Aman Maheshwari to its Board of Directors in Kota, Rajasthan, on September 1st, 2026, as it continues its institutional transition towards next-generation leadership. With this appointment, ALLEN completes the handover of Board responsibilities from all four Founders to the next generation, reflecting a long-term vision to build a future-ready organization that endures for the next 100 years.
Leadership Transition and Board Composition
Mr. Aman Maheshwari joins fellow next-generation Directors Mr. Aviral Maheshwari, Mr. Anand Maheshwari, and Mr. Keshav Maheshwari on the Board.
He brings experience from leading ALLEN’s Global Studies Division alongside an international outlook shaped by education and professional exposure across India, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Founder Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari stated that Aman’s addition completes an important chapter and brings valuable perspective from building the international education vertical.
Founder Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari expressed joy over his elder son taking on the role of Executive Director, noting that Aman has played a significant role in building and strengthening global education initiatives.
Mr. Aman Maheshwari noted that he is honored to join the Board at an important stage, aiming to bring his experience to strengthen the core, accelerate innovation, expand the global footprint, and build on the institute’s legacy.
Director Mr. Uday Shankar noted that the Board now reflects the institution’s next chapter by bringing together founder wisdom, professional management discipline, and fresh next-generation energy.
CEO Mr. Nitin Kukreja added that Aman’s appointment is a natural progression of the trust built leading the Global Studies Division as the leadership team works toward the centennial vision.
Following this appointment, the reconstituted Board of Directors comprises Mr. Uday Shankar as Chairman, along with Mr. Aviral Maheshwari, Mr. Aman Maheshwari, Mr. Anand Maheshwari, Mr. Keshav Maheshwari, and Mr. Prateek Garg.
