Women should become torch bearers in all the sectors : CS Dr. Varalakshmi Narala

On the International Women’s Day, a program was organized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Hyderabad Chapter where I was invited as a special guest and speaker.

Telangana Mahila University Vice-Chancellor Professor VijjuLatha, ICSI Hyderabad chapter Chairman Srilakshminarayana Gupta, ICSI  Members Venkata Ramana, Mahadev, Lalita Devi, Shilpa Bung were present in this ceremony along with other dignitaries members.

I have shared that Women are steadily progressing in many fields like education, finance, business, agriculture, skill development, and many more sectors they are contributing to the Country’s progress and economic development.

Explained various schemes offered by the central government and the state government and various women-oriented schemes by Banks for the Empowerment of women, and also shared Success stories of a few women who have excelled in their fields.

There is no such thing as a shortcut to success. The only way is to struggle every moment. There is nothing that women cannot achieve if they put their minds to it. Women should not be limited to household work

Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Hyderabad Chapter Mr. Gupta along with other members congratulated and honored me as I have been recently nominated by the Central Government as a member of the Consultative Committee of the Food Corporation of India representing the state of Telangana.
