Sri City’s Summer Camp-2026 for Students Concludes with Grand Valedictory Function
Sri City, May 29, 2026: Sri City’s Summer Camp-2026 for high school students, organised under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, concluded today with a valedictory function at Accord School, Sri City.
Conducted from April 27 to May 29, the month-long camp provided a meaningful mix of academics, skill development, sports, and recreational activities for high school students from the Sri City region. Nearly 55 students participated in the programme, which was specially designed for those entering Classes 9, 10, and 11.
The initiative was conceptualised and guided by Mrs. Nireesha Sannareddy, Director (CSR), Sri City. Welcoming the gathering, she explained that the camp aimed to help students utilise their summer holidays productively by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and exposure. Expressing satisfaction over the successful second edition of the camp, she reaffirmed Sri City’s commitment to organising such programmes annually with innovative learning modules. She also highlighted the Sri City Foundation’s continued efforts to strengthen educational infrastructure in neighbouring government schools.
Mrs. Ranjitha Ramesh Kumar encouraged lifelong learning, while Mondelez representatives joined the event and distributed chocolates to all students.
The success of the camp was supported by dedicated faculty members including Ranjitha (Craft), Dushyant (Competitive Exams), Soumya and Sai Lakshmi (English), Chenchayya (Computers & Mathematics), Kodandam (Yoga), and Murali (Sports), along with the Sri City Foundation team.
The camp offered sessions in Spoken English, Mathematics and Vedic Maths, Basic Computer Skills, Handwriting Improvement, Competitive Exam Preparation, and Art & Craft. Students also participated in yoga, volleyball, table tennis, quizzes, interactive activities, and demonstrations on primary healthcare practices.
Educational field visits to Tirupati Zoo, Science Center, ISKCON Temple, Pepsi, Vital Papers, and the Sri City nursery provided practical exposure. Health and wellness were also prioritised through general check-up, eye and dental check-ups conducted by Apollo Hospital, Shankara Nethralaya and Care Dental.
Sri City provided free lunch and camp kits to all participants. Feedback from students was highly encouraging, with many stating that the camp improved their understanding of subjects, communication skills, and self-confidence. Sri City’s CSR team reiterated its commitment to nurturing young learners through initiatives that combine education, creativity, and social responsibility.
