TANA NY Team Distributed School Bags to Students at Wyandanch Union Free School

The Telugu Association of North America (TANA) New York Team successfully distributed school bags and supplies to students at Wyandanch Union Free School District, providing backpacks to nearly 100 students with the generous support of backpack sponsor Raja Kasukurthi.
The TANA Backpack Program was organized to serve the community in America under the leadership of TANA President Naren Kodali, with assistance from Community Service Coordinator Sai Bollineni.
The event was efficiently coordinated by TANA New York Regional Coordinator Srinivas Bharthavarapu and Program Coordinators Sucharitha Ananthaneni, Rajitha Kalluri, Jitendra Yarlagadda, Dilip Musunuru, Prasad Koyi, and Srinivas Nadella.
TANA Kid Volunteers — Sudiksha Musunuru, Suhaas Musunuru, Samanvitha Minnekanti, Aashrita Koyi, Saran Sai Bharthavarapu, Geetika Challa, Rajit Reddi, Ramya Reddi, and Lohitaksh Sai Nadella— also played an active role in the program’s success.
Community Leader Prasad Kambhampati attended the event and appreciated TANA for undertaking such community service initiatives.
The Wyandanch Union Free School District Assistant Director of Schools and Teachers expressed their gratitude to TANA for selecting their school for the Backpack Program and distributing school bags to children as part of its community service efforts. Both kids and parents were delighted with the initiative.
