ITC Hotels Limited Announces Signing of Welcomhotel Roorkee Mandawar in Uttarakhand

ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has announced the signing of a management agreement for Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Roorkee Mandawar, a sprawling 171-key property located in the Mandawar area of Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Strategically positioned along the Delhi-Haridwar Highway, the hotel offers excellent connectivity from the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi, Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. Serving as a gateway to the Himalayan Char Dham pilgrimage routes and regional leisure destinations, the property also benefits from its proximity to IIT Roorkee and the area’s growing educational and industrial ecosystem.

Amenities, Facilities, and Event Spaces:
Spread across 10 acres, Welcomhotel Roorkee Mandawar features 171 rooms, suites, and villas, designed to cater to leisure travelers, destination weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events. Key hospitality facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, and lounge, supported by over 14,000 square feet of indoor banquet venues and more than 20,000 square feet of outdoor event space, positioning the hotel as a premier destination for large-scale weddings and social functions.
