BASF Expands Crop Protection Portfolio in India with Melyra® and Inveris® Gold
BASF Agricultural Solutions announced the launch of two new crop protection products, Melyra® fungicide and Inveris® Gold insecticide, specifically designed to help Indian farmers improve crop productivity while managing pests and diseases more effectively.
Enhancing Crop Health with Melyra®:
Melyra® is a next-generation, broad-spectrum fungicide that utilizes BASF’s novel isopropanol-azole molecule, Revysol® Active, to provide effective disease control and resistance management. Additionally, it is co-formulated with pyraclostrobin to deliver AgCelence® benefits, which help enhance crop performance and overall plant vitality. This product is suitable for several crops, including soybean, groundnut, cotton, tomato, and chilli.
Broad-Spectrum Protection with Inveris® Gold:
Inveris® Gold is an insecticide featuring dual actives that offer broad-spectrum control against various piercing and sucking pests, such as whiteflies, aphids, jassids, leaf miners, mites, and thrips. It is designed to be compatible with integrated pest management programs and is suitable for vegetable crops like cucumber, brinjal, okra, tomato, and chilli.
