TANDANANA – Annamacharya International Music Competition 2025
The Grand Finals of “TANDANANA – Annamacharya International Music Competition 2025” were held in a spiritually uplifting ambience at Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini (ABV), Near HITEX, Hyderabad, drawing an enthusiastic gathering of over 500 music lovers.
Organised under the visionary leadership of Padmashri Dr. Shobha Raju, Founder & President of Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini, the event is part of her life mission to propagate the sacred compositions of Saint Poet Annamacharya across the globe.
The Grand Finale was graced by the Pujya Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Varu, lending spiritual depth to the occasion.
The finalists were evaluated by an eminent jury comprising Sri Sekhar Kammula (Film Director), Sri Vandemataram Srinivas (Music Director), and Smt. Sunitha Upadrasta (Playback Singer) and Smt. Gayatri (Playback Singer). Their expert judgment and encouragement added immense value to the competition.
The Grand Finale Winners are Sub Junior (Below 6 years) category Bhattiprolu Meghana; Junior (7-15 years) category Chirpalli Shree Mahalakshmi and Senior (16 years and above) category Samudrala Lakshmi Hari Chandana.
TANDANANA 2025 witnessed a remarkable global response, with over 700 auditions facilitated and managed worldwide, bringing together exceptional talent from various countries and age groups.
Shreyas Media, was Event Partner, and Event Needz, Technology Partner, played a good role in the execution of the competition successfully. Mr. Venkata Subba Rao Chennuri, Editor & CEO of Telugu Times, was the Chief Advisor, while Mrs. Jyotsna Kompalli, MD & CEO of Event Needz, served as Program Director.
The Grand Finals concluded on a spiritually fulfilling note, reaffirming TANDANANA’s stature as a premier international platform for Annamacharya Sankeertanas.
The gold medals which are to be presented to the winners are sponsored by Margadarshi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd.
