CM to meet representatives of global firms tomorrow to promote Andhra Pradesh’s brand image
Davos (Switzerland): Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will meet representatives of several global firms tomorrow with a strong focus on attracting investments by promoting brand image of Andhra Pradesh.
At first the Chief Minister will address the CII Breakfast Session on the theme “The Andhra Pradesh Advantage.” During his address, he will outline how Andhra Pradesh has emerged as an investor-friendly state, highlighting the Speed of doing business, port-led development, robust infrastructure creation and skilled human resources.
The Chief Minister will then participate in the inauguration of the India Lounge, followed by interactive discussions with global investors. Subsequently, he will meet Arvind Krishna, Chairman and CEO of IBM and later hold talks with Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud.
At the Davos Congress Centre, the Chief Minister will have a brief meeting with Daren Tang, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), along with Anil Murthy.
In the evening, the Chief Minister will meet Sajjan Jindal, Chairman and Managing Director of the JSW Group and Parth Jindal, Managing Director of JSW Cements and JSW Paints. He will also hold a face-to-face meeting with Vincent Clerc, CEO of Maersk, the global container logistics.
Ministers Nara Lokesh and T.G. Bharat will also be present during several one-on-one meetings. The Chief Minister will attend a special session titled “Vision to Velocity – Deploying Innovation at Scale.” He will also participate in a dedicated round-table discussion on the “One Family – One Entrepreneur” initiative.
