Mayookha Celebrates 25 Days of Grand Theatrical Success

Starring Payal Chengappa in the lead role, Mayookha was produced by Sasidhar Nalla under the Prashwita Entertai9ment banner and directed by Shree Tej S.K. Released in theatres recently, the film has emerged as a trendsetting thriller, earning a strong response at the box office. The team celebrated the film’s successful 25-day theatrical run with a special event held in Hyderabad today. Political leader Chinna Srisailam Yadav attended the celebrations as the chief guest. Several members of the media were also present and extended their best wishes to the team.

Executive Producer D. Girish Reddy said, “The credit for making a film of such quality within our limited budget and releasing it on a grand scale goes entirely to our director’s vision. If he is given a bigger budget, he can work wonders. I thank everyone who made our film a success.”

Actor Raghu Vasireddy said, “Receiving the success shield for our film is a very special moment in my career. The reason I am receiving this recognition today is our director, Shree Tej. I will always remain grateful to him.”

Actor Abhilash Adda said, “In today’s scenario, even getting a film to run successfully for a week is considered a great achievement. With a good script, proper planning and a dedicated team, any producer can achieve success like Mayookha.”

Director Shree Tej S.K. said, “I promoted this film while observing the Hanuman Deeksha, and I strongly believe that His blessings and strength have guided our film forward. We are not keeping the film in theatres merely to extend its run. Yesterday, on the 25th day, our team visited the theatres, and we witnessed nearly 50 per cent occupancy. Audiences are genuinely supporting our film. Seeing people come to theatres moved me emotionally, and I even shared my feelings through a social media post. Initially, nobody paid much attention to our film because it was a small project. However, audiences who appreciate good content have made it a success. When I narrated the story to our producer, Shashidhar garu, he never questioned the budget or whether I could pull it off. He simply agreed to make the film. I believe I have lived up to his trust. Our heroine Payal also believed in the story when I narrated it to her. My heartfelt thanks to our entire team and all the media friends who contributed to this success.”
