Oben Electric Unleashes Rorr EVO at Disruptive Introductory Price of ₹99,999

NEW DELHI: Oben Electric, India’s premier R&D-driven electric motorcycle manufacturer, has officially launched the Rorr EVO. Arriving at a special introductory price of ₹99,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers, this all-new electric motorcycle is engineered to bridge the gap between high-performance thrill and everyday urban practicality.

AI-Powered Performance and SmartIQ Technology:
The standout feature of the Rorr EVO is the debut of SmartIQ, an advanced AI ride mode. This proprietary technology analyzes riding patterns in real-time to optimize power delivery, effectively increasing the vehicle’s range by up to 15%.

The motorcycle is powered by a 9 kW IP68-rated motor coupled with a new single-stage chain drive, delivering a top speed of 110 km/h and an impressive 0–40 km/h acceleration in just 3 seconds. With a certified IDC range of 180 km, the Rorr EVO ensures reliability for long daily commutes. Charging is equally efficient, with the Oben Plug fast charger capable of powering the battery from 0 to 80% in just 90 minutes.

Built for the Indian Road:
Oben Electric utilizes a 3.4 kWh high-performance LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, specifically chosen for its high heat resistance and double the lifecycle of conventional lithium-ion batteries. To back this durability, the battery comes with an industry-leading 8-year warranty.

The Rorr EVO is designed with a bold “streetfighter” aesthetic but prioritizes rider comfort. It features.

Safety and Connectivity:
Safety is front and center with the introduction of Fall Alert with Emergency Assist, which notifies emergency contacts via the Oben app if a crash is detected. Other features include Unified Brake Assist (UBA) and a Driver Alert System (DAS). The cockpit is anchored by a 5-inch color TFT display that offers navigation, music controls, and remote diagnostics.
