MG Hector Tomahawk Electric SUV to Launch in India on August 26: Check Range, Features, and Expected Price
MG Motor is gearing up to introduce its latest electric SUV, the MG Hector Tomahawk, to the Indian market on August 26. Built on the brand’s Adapt platform, this new model is poised to make a strong mark in the competitive electric SUV segment.
60kWh Battery and Up to 550 km Range
The MG Hector Tomahawk is expected to be equipped with a robust 60 kWh battery pack. On a single full charge, the electric SUV is claimed to deliver an impressive range of approximately 500 to 550 kilometers. In terms of performance, it is anticipated to be driven by a single electric motor capable of generating 136 PS of maximum power alongside 200 Nm of peak torque.
Premium Features and 7-Seater Configuration
Moving to the design and equipment, the Hector Tomahawk will sport a bold exterior characterized by a flat bonnet, rugged body cladding, ‘C’ shaped LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), and LED headlights, complemented by LED taillights at the rear. The SUV promises a premium interior experience with a spacious seven-seat configuration. Key highlights of the cabin and exterior include:

Expected Price and Deliveries
MG Motor will officially announce the price of the Hector Tomahawk during the launch event on August 26, and customer deliveries are expected to commence immediately afterward. Industry estimates suggest that the electric SUV will be priced aggressively between ₹18 lakh and ₹20 lakh (ex-showroom). To further enhance passenger safety and convenience, the vehicle is also expected to come equipped with Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
