Maruti Suzuki Expands Service Network to 6,000 Touchpoints
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has officially inaugurated its 6,000th service touchpoint in India, located on Koya Road in Kozhikode, Kerala. This milestone facility is spread over 1,820 square meters and is equipped with two service bays, three body repair bays, and dedicated facilities for electric vehicle service and charging.
Key highlights of the expansion and services include:
Network Reach: Maruti Suzuki’s service network, which includes ARENA and NEXA workshops, MSSSP, rural workshops, and Service-on-Wheels, now spans over 3,000 cities and towns across the country.
Growth Commitment: The company added its most recent 1,000 service touchpoints in approximately two years, and plans to add about 500 more during the FY 2026-27 period.
Record Performance: In FY 2025-26, the company opened a record 502 new service touchpoints and successfully serviced over 2.84 crore vehicles, marking its highest annual performance to date.
Digital Integration: To improve customer convenience, the company provides digital tools such as the Maruti Suzuki App and ‘S-Assist,’ an AI-powered virtual assistant for 24/7 troubleshooting.
Customer Support: The company has introduced a ‘Vehicle Health Card’ for comprehensive vehicle assessments and maintains the ‘Factful Friday’ series, which offers educational videos regarding vehicle features and maintenance.
