Hero MotoCorp Launches the All-New Passion+ Disc

Hero MotoCorp : Hero MotoCorp has announced the launch of the all-new Passion+ Disc, a feature-rich variant designed to cater to modern urban commuters. According to Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer – India Business Unit at Hero MotoCorp, this new model builds upon the legacy of the Passion brand by combining refreshed styling, advanced digital features, and enhanced safety through a front disc brake.

Performance and Efficiency:
The Passion+ Disc is engineered for everyday practicality, balancing performance with fuel economy. Key technical specifications include:

Engine: It features a 100cc BS-VI and OBD-2 Phase A compliant engine.

Power and Torque: The engine delivers 5.9kW of power at 8000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm.

Fuel Efficiency: Paired with Hero’s patented i3S (Idle Stop-Start System) technology, the motorcycle achieves a fuel efficiency of 71 kmpl.

Advanced Safety and Technology:
The new variant introduces several smart features to enhance rider confidence and convenience:

Braking: A front disc brake provides sharper and more responsive performance.

Lighting: It is the first in its segment to feature a powerful LED Projector Headlamp for improved visibility.

Digital Connectivity: The fully Digital Instrument Cluster includes a Real Time Mileage Indicator (RTMI), Bluetooth connectivity with call/SMS alerts, service reminders, and trip/speed/fuel readouts.

Safety Systems: The motorcycle includes a side stand indicator with an engine cut-off feature.

Designed for fatigue-free city commuting, the Passion+ Disc focuses on rider and pillion comfort. The motorcycle features a plush seat, a relaxed riding triangle for a natural seating posture, a spacious utility case for storage, and an integrated USB charging port for on-the-go connectivity.
