Hero MotoCorp Launches Glamour X with Integrated-ABS in India

Hero MotoCorp has announced the launch of the new Glamour X with Integrated-ABS, becoming the first motorcycle in the 125cc segment to feature a single-channel ABS paired with an Integrated Braking System (IBS). Priced at INR 1,01,000 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi), this new variant aims to enhance vehicle stability, reduce braking distance, and elevate safety standards within the category. Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer – India Business Unit at Hero MotoCorp, noted that this introduction responds to growing customer demand for styling, advanced technology, and uncompromised safety in the rapidly evolving 125cc segment.

Advanced Safety and Futuristic Styling:
The updated motorcycle enhances its existing safety suite which includes Panic Brake Alert (fast-flashing LED winkers for emergency braking) and hazard lamps with the new ABS and IBS hardware to prevent wheel lock-ups and distribute balanced stopping power. Aesthetically, the Glamour X 125 retains a muscular, sculpted design language complemented by a full LED lighting package featuring an ‘H’ signature and sporty graphics. It is available in four colour choices: the new Gun Metal Grey and Matt Axis Grey, alongside existing Black Pearl Red and Black Teal Blue options.

Smart Technology, Performance, and Comfort:
Equipped for tech-forward riding, the motorcycle features a 10.7 cm adaptive multi-colour console with ambient lighting and over 60 features, including Gear Shift Advisory, Distance-to-Empty, real-time mileage indicators, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation with ETA display, and call and SMS alerts. Performance-wise, it is driven by the Sprint-EBT engine generating 11.4 BHP (8.5 kW) at 8,250 rpm, supported by three selectable ride modes (Eco, Road, Power) and cruise control. For daily convenience, it offers a wide handlebar, a long flat seat, low seat height, dual under-seat mobile storage, and a C-type USB charging port.
