CM Revanth Reddy launched four new “Praja Palana” schemes at Chandravancha Village

CM – SPEECH POINTS:

As part of the six guarantees announced during the Assembly elections, the People’s Government is launching Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa, Indiramma houses and new Ration Cards schemes in Chandravancha village today.

Since independence till 2022, the Kodangal Assembly constituency did not receive its due share in the development.

Congress activists worked hard and elected me as an MLA. Congress leader Sonia Gandhi appointed me as the Chief Minister. After becoming the Chief Minister, I could not pay much attention on Kodangal.

Like soil and seed, bonding between Congress and farmers is inseperable. Former CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy gave free electricity to farmers and waived off power dues. During the UPA regime, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi waived Rs 72,000 crore farm loans across the country and proved that agriculture is a profitable profession.

Congress made the promise of waiver of up to Rs 2 lakhs farm loans and implemented it. My government waived Rs 21 ,000 crores loans of 22.50 lakh farmers and made them debt-free.

As part of the first phase of Rythu Bharosa, government deposited nearly Rs 7,000 crore in the accounts of farmers.

Recruited 55,145 government jobs in the first year of the people’s government and no State in the country have done such a big drive to fill the vacancies. 24 hour free power supply is being provided to agriculture and also supplying 200 units of free power to 50 lakh poorer sections. Supplying cooking gas cylinder at Rs 500 each to 50 lakh families.

120 crore women travelled free on RTC buses for 13 months. Government paid Rs. 4000 crore to RTC so far for free RTC bus travel scheme. Need to support the poor more.

Previous government paid Rs 5000 per acre. This government is providing Rs 12,000 under Rythu Bharosa. Government will pay Rs 20,000 crore to 70 lakh farmers under Rythu Bharosa every year. Every farmer will get Rs 6,000 of Rythu Bharosa benefit per acre after midnight.

Launching Rythu Bharosa from Chandravancha village to support lakhs of farmers in the state. During my padayatra, many landless poor requested for help. Government will pay Rs 12,000 to the landless poor every year under Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa.
Will support 10 lakh families through this program. The benefit will be deposited in their accounts after 12 midnight.

Former CM YS Rajashekhar Reddy will come to our minds when the Indiramma Housing program is discussed. Congress government provided Indiramma houses to poor between 2004 and 2014. Around 34,000 houses were given to the poor in Kodangal alone.

Upset over the large-scale allocation of houses to Kodangal, KCR government ordered CB-CID probe. No one was given a double bedroom house during KCR rule. People’s government will provide 3500 Indiramma houses in Kodangal constituency before March 31.

As your brother , I will take the responsibility of providing a house to every poor family in Kodangal. 15,000 to 20,000 houses will be distributed to poor families in next four years in Kodangal.

KCR claimed he read 80,000 books and became an intellectual himself. KTR also boasted about himself as an American student. The two leaders doesn’t know how to issue ration cards to the poor. My government decided to issue ration cards to 40 lakh new families in the state. Fine Rice will be distributed to every ration card holder.

Ration card is the identity of the poor.. New ration cards have not been issued for the last ten years. Conducted Grama Sabhas and received applications from the eligible persons.

Have you ever seen officials in the villages in the last ten years ? People’s government sent officials to the villages to be accountable to the people..
Today, the Chief Minister ( meself) came to the people. The people are rulers.

Brought a change in the government. The Chief Minister and the minister also should go to the people. It is not possible to rule the state by staying in a farmhouse. Opposition is creating chaos in the Grama Sabhas and inciting the people. We are accountable to the people.We will answer their questions. We will do what we say and show.

Even though the Kaleshwaram project collapsed, state recorded a bumper harvest of one crore fifty six lakh metric tons of paddy. Gave a bonus of Rs. 500 per quintal to the poor.

Even after ten years, Palamuru Rangareddy has not been completed. Kodangal, Narayanpet lift irrigation scheme has not been started. The opposition is creating hurdles to bring Krishna water to Kodangal .
The previous rulers did not care about the people except for constructing farmhouses and looting people’s money.

Opposition parties are obstructing the completion of the pending projects fearing they will not survive politically.
The main opposition leader KCR did not attend assembly at least for a single day in 13 months.

What if the opposition leader does not come to the assembly. Does he not have responsibility..?. If he does not have responsibility, why does he have a post?

Acquired 1300 acres of land for industrial development in Kodangal constituency. While industries are being brought in to support the people here, the opposition instigated local people and attacked the officials.

Should we remain backward forever..?
Should the youth of Kodangal still wear lungis and roam around bus stations?
Should Kodangal have medical, engineering, polytechnic and junior colleges or not ?

KCR and his men are obstructing the development of Kodangal. KTR and family enjoyed positions. My family members are serving the people without any positions. The opposition is annoyed by my family supporting me . Did I give a position to anyone in my family..?

KCR family is finding fault withy my family members when they are working selflessly. We will not compete for loot like you. Our leadership is to stand by the people in times of hardship. You are for looting the state. My family is not there to loot the state.

I have spent crores of rupees of my own funds for the development of the constituency. Government is launching four big schemes from Kondangal constituency today. All the schemes will be implemented by March 31 and every needy will get the scheme benefit.

Government will build 4 lakh Indiramma houses at the cost of Rs 22,500 crores..
Will give Rs 10,000 crores to farmers to the cultivable lands by March 31.

As part of Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa, government will provide Rs 6,000 to 10 lakh families..

Appealing to the migrant families to get the new Ration cards in their native place.

Government brought a whooping Rs 1 lakh 78 thousand crores investments from Davos to the state.
