What is his duty after 3.6 million dollars fraud?

What Is His Duty After 36 Million Dollars Fraud

For the past two weeks, not only TANA members, not only Telugu people in America, everyone is talking about the 3.6 million dollar fraud that has been spread by the whole world. Along with TV9, ABN, Maha TV channels, several YouTube news channels, Greater Andhra, Telugu Times, TNI Live news organizations have reported many stories on this matter. Published. Apart from these, in many WhatsApp groups of American Telugu people, there are hot and hot discussions. Organizations like TV9 are also warning that they will keep questioning the issue of leaving this issue.

And not just that… Srikanth Polavarapu TANA participated in the emergency board meeting on 24th November 2024 and said that he himself has transferred the money from TANA foundation to a company called Brihat Technologies and will pay it back within 15th December. The very next day 100,000 dollars were transferred to TANA accounts. It was also promised to pay another 1 million dollars within a week. But not for a week, even for 10 days, non-stop is happening. Isn't it right? Nobody knows where Srikanth Polavarapu is. He almost drifted into the unknown and was thought unavailable to anyone.

Why are TANA leaders still torturing in this matter? Why is the police not filing a complaint? Many TANA members are questioning that too. In these circumstances, the federal government is seriously considering the doubling of money in the form of matching grants by Telugu and other associations in several corporate organizations like Apple and Facebook. In the state of California, a Santa Clara County district attorney has been ordered to arrest fraudulent employees from an Apple firm.

California Facts Bhaskar Molakalapalli speaking on this matter all TANA members should express their protest at least this time. TANA leaders have also asked not only to look into the incident completely but also to investigate the implications that occurred earlier. People like Bhaskar Molakapalli, TV channels, I am strongly mentioning this problem 'It is okay! It is true that everyone thinks that their leaders are keeping the opinion that everyone will forget after one or two weeks.

Let us analyze the situation of Telugu community and Telugu associations in America once. There is no doubt that in the last 15 years the Telugu community has not only grown well but also reached a state of earning well economically. If the Telugu Mahasabhas conducted once every two years by National Telugu associations like Tana, Aata, Nats were worth one million dollars before 2010, now 3-4 million dollars are being spent. Till now, real estate companies, corporate institutions, banks would have been sponsors from Telugu states. Now the business organizations run by Telugu people in America are equal to them or more than them are coming as sponsors. That means economically you can see the development of Telugu people right? An organization like TANA has been able to significantly increase the membership whether voluntarily or by memberships or by sponsors. If the number of new members has reached 35000 in just 3-4 months, the number of Telugu people is known – what is the situation. According to the former chairman of Tana Foundation Venkataramana Yarlagadda, they have paid 10000 dollars as patrons in one year and 1.1 million dollars to the foundation. It means you know the financial situation of Telugu people right!

Also earlier (before 2000, after that few years) Tana leaders means those who are above 50 years. 30 year old 40 year olds who are examining the details of the members of Buti Ranu Ranu Tana are coming forward as leaders. Not only coming, they are doing many service programs. This example applies not only to Tanaki but to all the cities and national Telugu societies in America.

Also, the news is coming strongly that the crisis that Tana has faced has been happening in Nata (North American Telugu Association) for the last 5-6 months. We're hearing that there's been a massive amount of money laundering in NATO as well and the Fedler's bureau is going to close the bank account. Keeping in mind the growing Telugu community, the view of the members to do increasing service programs, the increasing amount of donations, the Tana leadership should respond immediately and inform the police about the diversion of funds caused by the current crisis. Not only that, Tana leadership should realize that there is a need to give details to members through a statement on previous frauds and lack of funds.

It means that one executive member has been able to divert large amount of funds all the time

Looks like two reasons. One at that time was the leadership of TANA split into two, with disagreements, and taking issues to court. The second reason is that TANA leadership is not taking much action on the people who did the wrong things, it is okay if the funds are diverted due to temporary end of the problems in the way of compromise like one time settlement. Building the trust of brother. So Tana's leadership is not just a payment with one signature, it should have two signatures and also making rules and regulations to take strict measures aside the differences between the leaders, Tana Bailas also needs a thorough review and make changes. The leaders who proudly say that Tana is like a mother to all Telugu societies should come forward even now and prepare Tana who will be a guide to all Telugu societies.
On this matter, Tana board chairman Dr. Nagendra Prasad, TANA legal ligament Naren Kodali are in contact with TANA's lawyer, TANA's advocate is also in contact with FBI, it is learned that soon a comprehensive statement will come from them.
