Dr TV Nagendra Prasad, Hon’ble Consul General of India, San Francisco launched www.businessawards.telugutimes.net, for conducting Telugu Times Business Excellence Awards 2023 by Telugu Times, USA  on Friday, 28 April 2023 in  San Francisco, CA 94118. Hon’ble Consul General said “Indian community is doing very well in all fields in USA and Telugus are growing in numbers and excelling in their jobs and enterprises. They are connecting to India through their businesses. Now these kind of awards for business excellence will encourage them to do better and compete. These awards are very much necessary for young entrepreneurs and Start Up businesses”

He also said” running a Media company / a news paper for 20 years is very difficult and I appreciate Telugu Times management and congratulate them for initiating Business Excellence Awards every year starting from this year. I saw the categories made in this Awards activity and I am sure that there will be many nominations in all categories because I know there are many entrepreneurs in each category. I also appeal all Entrepreneurs to participate in Telugu Times proposed  Business Awards activity“.

Hotels/Restaurants 8. Manufacturing 9. Cinema/TV/Entertainment  10) Others and also will have two broad categories of Small (up to $5M) Medium ($5M to $20M) on business turn over.

Mr Subba Row also explained about the Selection procedure like a) promotion of Awards activity widely though Print, TV, Online (though Community portals) and Outdoor media b) entry is only through Nominations  c) selection and evaluation by a Panel of Advisors drawn from the community based on their eminence and community leadership.

Mr Subba Row also said that TV9, as a Media Partner is promoting the activity widely and coming with a grand production and Live cast of the Awards ceremony in TV and Digital media. The event will be an Annual activity for which every business firm should look forward to participate.
