OFBJP Arizona Celebrates BJP Foundation Day with Strong Participation

The Arizona chapter of Overseas Friends of BJP (OFBJP) celebrated the 46th Foundation Day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with great enthusiasm, bringing together over 100 Karyakartas in person, along with participants joining virtually from different parts of the world.

The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the party’s journey, its guiding principles, and its continued growth, while also reaffirming the Indian diaspora’s commitment towards a developed India.

The program began with a welcome note by Srinivas Gupta, followed by a presentation by Dr. Karthik Reddy, who spoke about the BJP’s evolution from its ideological roots to becoming one of the largest political movements in the world. He emphasized the party’s “Nation First” philosophy and its role in shaping an aspirational India.

Several senior leaders joined the event virtually and interacted with the Arizona Karyakartas. Shri Ram Madhav spoke about India’s growing global presence and encouraged the NRI community to actively contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Shri Bhanu Prakash Reddy highlighted the stability and security India enjoys today, noting that the country continues to remain safe even when many parts of the world face uncertainty. He also shared the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams’ vision of building temples in major international cities. Shri Vinoj P. Selvam discussed the political landscape in Tamil Nadu and expressed confidence in the NDA’s prospects in the upcoming elections, while Shri Sundaram Ji appreciated the grassroots efforts of the OFBJP Arizona team and shared updates on ongoing activities in Tamil Nadu.

The event witnessed strong participation and was smoothly coordinated by Srinivas Gupta and Dr. Karthik Reddy, with support from Rajesh Dhulipalla, Rama S. Krishnan, Shashi Kant Tiwari, Nirmala Reddy, Muthu Natarajan, Romesh Shroff, and Nitish Singh.

The Arizona chapter also expressed its gratitude to OFBJP President Adapa Prasad Ji and Secretary Dr. Vasudev Patel for their continued guidance and support.
