Suriya next title fixed?

Suriya is currently occupied with multiple projects, and one of the films generating significant curiosity is his collaboration with director Jithu Madhavan. Tentatively referred to as Suriya 47, the project has become a topic of discussion on social media following reports about its possible title. According to the latest buzz, the makers are considering the title Saravedi for the film. Although there has been no official confirmation from the production team, the rumored title has already sparked interest among fans.

The film is said to be a mass-action entertainer, with Suriya reportedly playing a powerful police officer. The project is particularly notable as it marks Jithu Madhavan’s directorial debut in Tamil cinema after delivering a series of successful Malayalam films. Industry sources suggest that the director is blending action, entertainment, and emotional elements in his signature storytelling style. Meanwhile, the shooting is progressing steadily as per schedule.

Young music composer Sai Abhyankkar has been roped in to score the soundtrack, while Mamitha Baiju plays the female lead. On the other hand, Suriya has already wrapped up the shooting of Vishwanath and Sons, which is slated for release on August 14. The Jithu Madhavan directorial is expected to be Suriya’s next release after that film, with official updates regarding the title and other details likely to be announced in the coming months.
