Rukmini Vasanth says “Toxic” is unlike anything Indian cinema
Rocking Star Yash, the phenomenon who shattered boundaries and redefined Indian cinema is currently busy with the highly anticipated film “Toxic – A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups.” The action-packed drama will hit theatres worldwide on March 19, 2026. The final leg of filming is currently taking place in Bangalore, with large-scale promotional campaigns expected to kick off in January 2026, building momentum toward one of next year’s most eagerly awaited releases.
The latest sensation, Rukmini Vasanth, plays the pivotal role in the film. In a recent fan interaction on Instagram, the actress shared her excitement about being part of the project. In her words: “Toxic is unlike anything we’ve seen in Kannada or Indian cinema so far. It’s raw, layered, and everything in between. Director Geetu’s vision is bold and very human at the same time.” With these exciting words, Rukmini Vasanth raises expectations for the film.
This much anticipated film is being shot in Kannada and English will be dubbed in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam. Jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups has been directed by Geetu Mohandas, an internationally acclaimed filmmaker. A recipient of numerous accolades, including a National Award and the Global Filmmaking Award at the Sundance Film Festival, Geetu Mohandas promises to deliver a massive entertainer.
