Ram Charan’s Peddi New Schedule Begins Tomorrow In Hyderabad
Mega Power Star Ram Charan is coming up with a rural action entertainer, Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The film has already created a strong buzz, with its first-look posters, First Shot Glimpse and first single Chikiri Chikiri winning widespread acclaim. In particular, the song—showcasing Ram Charan’s trademark mega grace and electrifying screen presence-has taken social media by storm, emerging as a global sensation. Peddi is being produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas and is proudly presented by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. Boasting a lavish budget and grand-scale production, the film promises a high-octane cinematic experience. Bollywood sensation Janhvi Kapoor joins Ram Charan as the leading lady.
Meanwhile, the Peddi team has commences a new shooting schedule from tomorrow in Hyderabad. This schedule will feature several pivotal sequences, some of which will be canned in Delhi. Filming will continue until the end of January, by which time the entire talkie part of the movie is expected to be wrapped up. As planned, all aspects of production are progressing smoothly, with post-production work moving ahead at a good pace.
Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar essaying a crucial role adds further gravitas to the film, while Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma appear in significant supporting roles.
On the technical front, Peddi boasts a powerhouse crew: Oscar-winning maestro AR Rahman scoring the music, acclaimed cinematographer R Rathnavelu crafting the visuals, National Award–winning editor Navin Nooli shaping the narrative flow, and Avinash Kolla enriching the film’s world with his meticulous production design.
Peddi is all set for a grand pan-India theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
