Hero Kiran Abbavaram at the Rampage Blockbuster Celebrations event
The successful hero Kiran Abbavaram’s latest film K-Ramp is running with houseful shows and steadily increasing collections, heading toward becoming a blockbuster. The film, now successfully running in its third week, has crossed ₹40 crore at the box office, emerging as the Diwali winner. K-Ramp was produced by rising producers Rajesh Danda and Shiva Bommakku under the banners of Hasya Movies and Rudramsh Celluloid. Jains Nani directed the movie, and Yukti Thareja played the female lead.
To celebrate the film’s grand success, the K-Ramp Rampage Blockbuster Celebrations event was held in Hyderabad. Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, MLA Prattipati Pulla Rao, and producer Bandla Ganesh attended as chief guests. The guests presented mementos to the movie team.
Editor Chota K Prasad said: “I thank all the dignitaries who came to celebrate K-Ramp’s success. Our film’s collections are growing every day, making it a blockbuster hit. No one in our team is less or more important – we all worked hard together. It’s a joy that audiences recognized our effort and made the film a hit.”
Production designer Brahma Kadali said: “Director Nani executed the story with great energy and vision. The movie’s success is largely due to Kiran’s incredible energy. I hope this team continues to make more good films together.”
DOP Sateesh Reddy Masam said: “I’m very happy to be part of such a successful film. We worked with great effort, and the audience rewarded us with this big success. I hope Kiran continues to support us like this.”
Music director Chetan Bharadwaj said: “It’s because of the positive word-of-mouth from audiences that K-Ramp achieved such great success. The viewers protected and supported a good film, and we’ll never forget their love. I’m proud to have been part of this project.”
Actor Muralidhar Goud said: “I’m happy to once again receive such love from the audience through K-Ramp. My thanks to the director, producers, and Kiran for giving me this opportunity. Thanks to all the viewers who gave our team such a big success.”
Director Jains Nani said: “K-Ramp stands for Kiran Abbavaram’s ramp. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the movie in theatres, cheering and whistling throughout. I thank Kiran for trusting me with the direction. This success belongs to our entire team – everyone played a part. I’m grateful to each and every person who worked on K-Ramp.”
Fight master Prithvi said: “We designed some powerful action sequences for this movie. While working on the set, I received the news that I had won a National Award, and our team celebrated together. I’m confident in this industry because of our producer Rajesh. It’s a pleasure to continue working with Kiran.”
MLA Prattipati Pulla Rao said: “Audiences gave K-Ramp, a romantic entertainer, a wonderful response. It’s delightful to see Kiran achieving yet another sensational success. Director Jains Nani showcased his talent brilliantly. I hope this team continues to entertain audiences with more great films. My best wishes to producers Rajesh and Shiva.”
Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar said: “A young and dynamic team made K-Ramp. I request the audiences of both Telugu states to continue supporting small films like this. I wish this team all success and the blessings of the audience.”
Producer Bandla Ganesh said: “Kiran Abbavaram fulfilled his dream of entering the film industry through sheer determination and hard work. He had no background. Coming from a middle-class family, he worked in Bengaluru while chasing his dream of becoming a hero. Kiran has become an inspiration to all aspiring youngsters. Despite his hits, he remains humble and grounded – that’s what our industry needs. Looking at Kiran reminds me of Chiranjeevi in the early days of his career. Even after over 150 films and soon receiving the Bharat Ratna, Chiranjeevi still stays humble – and Kiran is walking that same path. Kiran works only with new directors, bringing hidden talent to light. He has already introduced six new directors. K-Ramp truly lives up to its name. I wish producers Rajesh and Shiva many more such hits.”
Producer Rajesh Danda said: “This is one of the happiest days of my life. I began my career as a distributor, and today, as a producer, I’m presenting shields to my distributors – that’s unforgettable. Last year, Kiran gave a hit with another film, and even though he could have worked with anyone, he kept his word and brought me a good story. I had boldly predicted that K-Ramp would be a hit, and the audience proved our belief right by making it a blockbuster. The credit for this success goes to Kiran. Our team worked with love and dedication. Heroine Yukti impressed everyone with her performance and dances. Our distributors gave us the best theatres, proving this Diwali belonged to K-Ramp. At the teaser launch, I said Jains Nani would become a director like Harish Shankar – and that’s now been proven true. Kiran not only supported us as a hero but also got involved as a producer. He’s honest and hardworking. I wish him many more hits and greater stardom. I also hope we continue to do one movie a year together. To the media, I apologize if I said anything wrong before – our banner has more films lined up, and I seek everyone’s support.”
Hero Kiran Abbavaram said: “This is a very happy evening for all of us. Our distributors, exhibitors, and team have gathered to celebrate K-Ramp’s success. You all seem to be enjoying this success even more than we are. Our team has become like a family. K-Ramp has taught us everything – joy, challenges, and togetherness. This success means a lot to us, and I want to enjoy it for a few more days. I’m happy for my director Nani. When a debut director succeeds, it’s not just him but his entire family who feels proud. I hope Nani delivers many more hits. Our producers stood strong, and because of their courage, we’re here celebrating today. We finished the movie in just five months, and throughout, everyone remained happy – thanks to Rajesh and Shiva’s determination. Let’s all make more films together. I may achieve bigger successes in the future, but K-Ramp will always hold a special place in my heart. More than the box office numbers, seeing families laughing and enjoying the movie in theatres gave me immense satisfaction as an actor. We made this film to entertain you all for the festival, and I’m happy that our belief paid off. The audience has embraced me as one of their own. Last year and this year, I delivered Diwali hits and with your support, I promise to do it again next Diwali.”
