Embrace wellness with Zee Telugu’s Aarogyame Mahayogam on 21st June

Now, as International Yoga Day is just around the corner, and India being the epicentre of Yoga, Zee Telugu is making it a day to remember as it presents its viewers with a special episode of Aarogyame Mahayogam on 21st June. Hosted by Annapurna, the show will focus on a healthy diet and several yoga postures, thereby giving the audience an experience of Yoga like never before. What’s even more interesting is that A to Z yoga aasanas for children will also be taught by Manthena Sathyanarayana during Aarogyame Mahayogam, which will be telecasted on 21st June, Friday, at 8.30 am, only on Zee Telugu!

The International Yoga Day special, Aarogyame Mahayogam, will kick-start with an amazing Yoga formations dance that will inspire the audience to start yoga on daily basis. The show will also see Sirisha as the special guest of the show. Being a avid yoga practitioner, she will talk about her fitness journey, achievements, awards and how she plans her day. She will also be seen talking about her eating habits, what she consumes daily, her diet plan, and her hobbies, among other things. Sirisha has been teaching yoga to underprivileged kids for a while now and her contribution to yoga for the past 15 years is an exceptional journey of healing for lakhs of people. Around 20 of her students will demonstrate yoga aasanas from A to Z for kids. This is definitely going to help the viewers to flow into wellness and balance.

Furthermore, since 21st June is also World Music Day, viewers will also get to witness 14 year old Manvika playing flute, calming everyone’s hearts, and celebrating music like never before.
