Bharatiya Janata Party National General Secretary Shri. Bandi Sanjay participated in the program organized at ‘Holiday Inn-Hazlet Hotel’ under the auspices of Overseas Friends of BJP. The event began by inviting all dignitaries onto the stage followed up by Deeprajwalan and honoring Telangana Martyrs.

Shri Bandi Sanjay was very excited to see such a huge gathering of Indian diaspora who had taken time to come and meet him. He felt very proud of NRI achievements in different levels of social fabric of The United States of America and extolled them to carry forward their hard work, dedication and love for motherland by coming back to India and help influence the people of Telangana to vote for Bharatiya Janata Party and strengthen the hand of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Shri Bandi Sanjay garu continued by highlighting various achievements and progress made back home in India under the capable leadership of Shri Narendra Modi. Explaining how the central government is helping in the development of Telangana. He also informed that smart cities will be developed separately, for which he praised the help provided by BJP & central government. He disclosed the programs being undertaken by the central and state governments for rural development and appealed to the Telangana diaspora Indians to cooperate for the development of their respective villages.

Shri. Sanjay garu exposed the Bharat Rashtra Samithi [BRS] government for its inept handling of state affairs including financial situation which has created an atmosphere in favor of BJP for the upcoming state and central elections. Shri. anjay garu also highlighted that much work was needed in the state of Telangana like eradication of corruption, spread of education, rural water supply, drinking and irrigation projects are needed. He informed that we can achieve golden Telangana when essential works such as 24 hours electricity supply to agriculture in rural areas, construction of toilets, provision of accommodation for students and provision of adjoining houses for the weaker sections are achieved.

He mentioned that Telangana government’s failure to celebrate Telangana Liberation Day is an insult to the people of Telangana and warned that KCR should not ignore the sacrifices of such martyrs who fought against the Nizam and the Razakars and sacrificed their lives. He said BJP is the only party which is fighting uncompromisingly for liberation day. He said that as soon as they come to power, they will officially organize Liberation Day every year.  Shri. Bandi Sanjay garu recalled what Sushma Swaraj ji had said, “if the children of Telangana were dying for Telangana, then you should not die, Telangana will come, you should stay alive and see Telangana come.” The Telangana NRIs expressed their happiness that Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced that the Liberation Day would be made official once the BJP came to power in Telangana, and accused the KCR government of holding the sacrifices of the heroes as a hostage to the Majlis Party without officially organizing the Liberation Day. He said that the people of Telangana will not forget this and will soon learn from this opportunistic politics.

Former OFBJP President Krishnareddy Anugula mentioned that Shri. Bandi Sanjay had attended in five public meetings in five states in The United States of America on behalf of Overseas Friends of Bharatiya Janata Party while also explaining the Indian diaspora about the development done by Modi in India and the programs getting done by the center for Telangana and Telugu states.

Telangana OFBJP Convener Vilas Reddy Jambula   called Shri. Bandi Sanjay as Hindu Hridaya Samrat fire brand leader, person who has transformed the image of Telangana BJP shaped by RSS for forty years. Vilas Reddy reminded OFBJP has shown love for BJP and Shri.
